Had an appointment booked in. Changed my phone number so I couldn't log in to attend the session. Sent emails and messages explaining the issue and didn't have anyone respond in time. It was counted as a missed appointment and charged $100AUD. Finally got a response from support and they said it's my fault for not notifying them sooner (notified the moment I changed my number) Still receiving emails for an overdue account for this and no recognition or response to my reason why.
