If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Why does changing my address with USPS involve this external company? I couldn't change my USPS address, because their website wouldn't let me skip "voter registration", and trying to quote me "car insurance" - there was no option to select that I didn't have a car. This website is wholy useless, and it's embarassing that the official USPS website redirects to this terrible website without warning.
