I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's totally useless and predatory. USPS needs to get rid of this now. There is nothing useful about it at all. I can't actually figure out what it does. I need to change my address because we moved. The letter from USPS says the quickest way to do that is it use this site. Okay - I'm busy, I'm moving, right. So I use it. They charge me 1.10 then send me an email that says "go to the post office" Totally predatory. I already went to the post office now I have to go back again for some unknown reason. And this website did absolutely nothing for me to change my address.
