My husband and I each submitted the form to temporarily forward our mail using the website the usps requires: mymove.comThere was no communication between the handling of the online forms and our local post office. I had to call multiple times to get it started and to have it end on the requested dates. The package of medication went to a locker and again multiple calls were needed to get that forwarded. The package finally came quite damaged. We never received our magazines. I was told later that it’s best to go to the local PO to fill out and submit the forms. Bad experience overall!
