I have not received any product yet. But the ordering process is very misleading. Buy 2 carpets, get one free. OK. Color choice. OK. First issue...If you want rug grippers for $1.99, that is $1.99 each corner plus $3.99 handling. Adds $12 when you were expecting to see $1.99. Then it jumps up and multiplies without your approval because you purchased multiple rugs. Had the grippers removed and their handling charge.Second issue...offered a doubling of the buy 2, get 1 free rugs. No opportunity to choose color before it's done deal. Looked like it would be the same colors. When I called to ask for different colors, the representative said the second group of 3 was in Grey, the default color choice. Good thing I called. Third issue...looking at my receipt, there is not much information on my order spelling out what I bought. That alone is sketchy.
