While the product rugs seem to be working, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I just purchased two rugs off of Amazon from this company and they are advertising buy two and get one free. I called the company to say I never got the third rug. They said because I bought it through Amazon and not them directly that they won’t support their promise of purchasing two and get the third free. This makes no sense to me and it’s extremely frustrating that while they allow, other sites to sell their merchandise they won’t follow through with any special offer that they have guaranteed. Extremely disappointed with the rudeness of the woman from Customer Service and the disregard for customers purchasing their products.
