The front end is clean, albeit a bit generic, but it serves its purpose. The kanban campaign view is robust, and I appreciate the real-time agent monitoring. Analytics are somewhat limited, but improvements are underway. For now, I’d rate it a 3/5. On the back end, they truly excel. Every message undergoes genuine processing, not just basic interactions. There’s memory, context, and action tools, all functioning swiftly. They explained their scalable architecture using microservices, which feels well-structured and reliable. I’d give this a solid 5/5. Regarding billing, it’s a steal. For $100 a month, you receive unlimited storage, live agents, functional phone numbers, compliant SMS campaigns, and usage-based pricing—far cheaper than other tools. A clear 5/5. Support has been excellent; the team is responsive and genuinely cares, offering quick assistance even in a DIY setting. That’s important. I’d rate support 5/5. However, marketing and branding need improvement. The product is ahead of its branding efforts; I discovered them through a cold email, and their social media content appears AI-generated. There are no tutorials or case studies available. I’d rate this aspect a 3/5. Overall, I give it a 4/5, which is impressive for its early stage. If they continue on this trajectory, they could become a standout AI company. I'm committed for the long haul.
