The Hypnos Ortho Support 7 mattress is amazing and so comfortable, can't fault it and would definitely recommend the product and included two down pillows and a mattress protector with it as well. However, it was delivered a day late I had to ring up to see what was happening, so didn't have a bed to sleep on first night in my new house. Pretty annoyed! The delivery service was less than stellar it was delivered to the bedroom of choice but I paid for unpacking service and removal of the plastic and mattress packaging and the two delivery guys wouldn't touch it stating "the bed frame wasn't built at the time of delivery and it was unhygienic to leave on the carpet (which had been freshly steam-cleaned) as I'd just moved in. It doesn't say anything about hygiene or bed frames in the T&C s only that you must have paid for this service at checkout. Thankfully, got a refund after contacting customer services. Also, was promised the free mattress protector and was advised by customer service it was inside the packaging which it wasn't. So buying and delivery experience was poor, pretty much put a downer on my first night so as a result won't be purchasing from them in future as just don't trust them to get it right, spent over a grand as well and was slightly reduced as I had a discount code. Five stars for the mattress but gets knocked down to two stars for everything else. Shame!
