I bought a mattress and was very pleasantly surprised to see that pillows and a mattress protector were automatically added to by order at no extra cost. I liked that I had the ability to do a home test up of to 60 days so if the mattress doesn't suit I can replace it with another type. I was able to select the delivery date and my mattress arrived on that date. Information about the delivery itself was sent the day before including a time window with a very good tracking window so I could see where the driver was in relation to my drop. The mattress is so far proving to be very comfortable so all in all I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the supplier.
