You exclude participants from your surveys even though they are in the country. Those of us who rely on certain services for internet access are unable to participate, despite living in Australia. This exclusion is frustrating, especially since reliable internet is not available everywhere. Please address these issues so that everyone can join in; I've been a member for many years but am now shut out of surveys.
