I signed up for this service in May to receive assistance with my resumè. They did a commendable job on it. However, the problems began when I attempted to cancel my subscription. My initial email requesting cancellation was sent that same month. In response, I received an email stating that my account could not be located, prompting me to provide various details such as my account number, the credit card used, a copy of my credit card statement, and other information. I submitted some of the requested information but never received a reply, so I assumed everything was resolved. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I followed up with another email expressing my desire to cancel but received no response. Now, as of November 30, I have not been refunded and continue to be charged because I have no way of canceling my subscription. I would strongly advise against using this service. It feels like they have taken $120 from me, and I am still struggling to cancel my subscription. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.
