I quickly created a resume without realizing there was an introductory offer. I needed a one-time resume promptly. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered that this service has been charging me $24 monthly for the last year and a half. I can't imagine who would need to update their resume every month, nor do I think it's reasonable for a service to charge without any activity. They should have emailed me to confirm if I wanted to continue, especially since there was no usage. This feels like a deceptive practice, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be contacting my credit card company due to my dissatisfaction.
