I am 69 years old and have degeneration in my neck, low back, knees, and hips. The doctors want to operate on my neck and low back. I tried PT and had a lot of dizziness. So, when the dizziness calmed down, I tried the Tai Chi for seniors. I didn’t know if I could do the exercises. I am happy to say that I found the exercises to be something I could do. I was up and moving slow and easy moves and no sitting or laying involved. The movements wern’t too vigorous for me and were well explained. Also, you just follow along with the instructor on your phone which is a good visual. I plan on continuing the program.
