This recruiting service was not a good fit for me specifically. The career coaching service was excellent, but it was time-limited. Their results may benefit some, but I perceived too many gaps. Unfortunately, we started on a holiday week, during a month with several holidays, which delayed momentum. The recruiting staff is located in the Philippines, where they respect their employees by allowing them to observe holidays. For example, we started on a Monday, and on Tuesday, the recruiter stated that we would continue next Monday when they return from vacation. The recruiter was specific in their approach, but continuously missed the mark on the industry segment I asked them to target. The overall strategy seemed intentionally throttled. They began searching for more general positions and indicated that they would later refine search parameters for more on-target roles. It wasn't clear to me why that was beneficial. There was little evidence that they applied to all jobs I approved. In fact, upon learning that I would not continue past our first month, they didn't submit me for the last 4 jobs I approved. Although their pricing is structured monthly, they advised me that I would gain more benefit by planning to use their service for 3 months. In this case, they should bill for 3 months instead of monthly. I had to stay on top of them to ensure I received value; otherwise, I was not confident they would deliver it.
