She produced great products and worked very collaboratively with me to figure out the most relevant experience to highlight and how to best present said experience. She found a ton of positions that I was well suited for and would apply to them for me. She was also very responsive to changes in my job search criteria resulting in her finding more and more positions that I was actually interested in and not just qualified for. She saved me countless hours of work throughout the process, which significantly reduced the stress of looking for a job. Finally, my coach, Peter, was fantastic! His advice and help were invaluable. From advice on how to tell my story and explain the career break, to networking advice and interview prep, to advice on post interview thank you notes and when to follow up with the company, he was extremely helpful. Additionally, he was always willing to help answer questions or give advice/ feedback outside of our coaching hours as I encountered real-time issues or questions. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this service! The team assigned to me were phenomenal and exceeded my expectations! I love my new position and I highly doubt I would’ve received this offer without their help and would more than likely still be in the job market.
