I bought 2 necklaces for my wife and my daughter. When I ordered them, it was GUARANTEED delivery by 12/23. They came on 1/11. Plus, they charged me shipping 2x, but both necklaces were in the same package.I wrote them, and told them of my dissatisfaction, and hoped they would make it right. They offered to give me another necklace or keychain with my next purchase. Given that they game nearly a month late, there's no way I'd pay another $40 to them. Very poor/sketchy communication.Stay away!
