The negative Mypets reviews here are exactly right with my experience. I purchased a $40 necklace from Mypets. When it arrived it was of such bad quality. It looked like it was engraved using a paperclip. If I could include a picture here I would. Their website says it could be returned within 60 days of delivery. I contacted their customer service only to be told that instead of a refund I could pay more for a replacement. If the first one was so bad why would a second one also with the same quality be any better. They also said that I would only get 30% of my purchase refunded, but who knows if it will even be that much. They say there’s all these deductions they take that come out of my refund. They are a joke and a scam. I really wish I had read these reviews first. I would have gone elsewhere.
