I placed an order spending more than I thought the item should cost, but because it made an amazing gift for a loved one, decided to splurge. In emailing to request the status of my order since the tracking on the website didn't provide any useful information, I was told my item would be made in a couple days. It has now been almost a month and I can't seem to get replies from the company. I have requested a refund- we'll see where that gets me.
