I do not even want to give a star! Do Not give a dime to this company. I just spent close to $300 to receive a plush that looks nothing like my deceased cat, but more so it was just a damn awful ugly looking thing I don't even say it looks like a cat. The only correct feature of my cat reflected in this damn thing was the color of my cat's fur, black. I was heartbroken to see the thing, I politely asked for a refund because this is so wrong on so many levels as it was supposed to be memorial gesture to remember my beloved cat. Petsies repeatedly apologized and continued to refuse to issue me a refund standing by their ridiculous no refund policy and denied they provided a horrendous quality product at a high cost. The worst experience ever. I looked at a $20 generic black cat plush on amazon before ordering from Petsies and I regret wholeheartedly why didn't I just buy that amazon plush...because it looks more like my cat than the petsies !!
