The "team" at Petsies failed miserably on my request for a stuffie that looked like my dog. The color is not even close, the right front paw is turned 90 degrees, the snout and face are all wrong. This is no where close, not even close to the pictures I sent and the instructions I gave. I sent multiple pictures from multiple angles and I get a product that looks like a completely different. Now they are telling me "tough luck" and since it's "custom" they will not refund. They said they would do a remake at 1/2 the price when their own site says it's $75. I paid A LOT for this item and I expect it to be up to THEIR OWN standards and advertising promotions.EDIT- after many many e-mails and two found defects on the stuffie that THEY caused and could not (?) correct, they relented and sent a full refund. I don't understand how they could not correct a defect that they cause since they made the thing. Really?? Anyway, we're done with each other and I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone!~EDIT 2- It's also interesting that on the Petsies web site there are NO bad reviews and the reviews shown are all 5 star. But, online on other sites like this one, there are plenty of bad reviews...hmmmmm
