If I could rate it a 0, I would. I ordered customized cards as a Christmas gift for my son, but they arrived poorly made. The images were dark, the edges were cut wrong, and they didn't even fit the cases I purchased. I was misled about the shipping location, which took way longer than promised. When I reached out for assistance, they offered a minimal refund instead of fixing the issues. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
