Disappointing experience from beginning to end. The product received did not match the description provided. I faced numerous issues with the customer support team, which caused significant delays. Each time I was asked to review the creative mockup designs or confirm my customization, there was an error, leading to another day of waiting for a response. It took more than 20 emails to finalize everything, and when I attempted to provide feedback on the order, I was informed it had already gone to production and could not be revised. Ultimately, I was unable to use the items as gifts, which was my original intention.
