i PLACED AN ORDER FOR A JIGSAW PUZZLE FROM A PHOTO FWD. CHANGED MY MIND 30 MINS LATER AND SENT A SECOND PHOTO AND ASKED FOR THE FIRST TO BE CANCELLED - SPECIFIED THAT I ONLY WANTED ONEORDER. THEY DID BOTH AND CHARGED ME FOR BOTH!!THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED ON A THIN CARDBOARD BACKING AND ONE OF THEM HAD BROKEN INTO PIECES DURING DELIVERY SO COULD NOT SEE THE PICTURE AT ALL. NO BOX WITH PICTURE ON FRONT AND THE PIECES INSIDE!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!! A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
