It Challenge me to better my knowledge and skill making me have more passion in things I personally want to accomplish. By completing the six month CPP accelerated program, my employer gave me a raise, due to the knowledge and understanding of PLCs, and also because they wanted to keep me around, they knew that I would probably walked to another job.
