The service has become unhelpful. Recently, whenever I encounter an issue with a survey, the response I receive is an automated message apologizing for my experience, without any real acknowledgment of my complaint. I can tell they don't review my issue because the reply is instant. When I try to follow up or seek more information, I get no response at all. This change is quite recent; the service used to be more attentive and helpful. I wonder what has led to this decline.
