Very poor service. App is stylish and easy to use, but delivery delays are common. Forget weekends and bank holidays for a start. And then add six business days, even to send a postcard inland. Great concept but poor service. A postcard which I sent ten days ago has still not arrived. I called the intended recipient to check. No show. Won't be using this service again and have deleted the app.
