The postcards on 'MyPostcard' app were a lot cheaper than those on 'Touchcard' app. To settle the issue I sent a postcard from both. 'My Postcard' took the money, confirmed my choice by email and all seemed fine. Days later am still awaiting delivery. Problem is....because 'MyPostcard' had the cheaper cards I paid for £20 of credit to be used on cards in the future.Therefore...yesterday despite a NO-SHOW WITH MyPostcard I ordered another as I had already paid for credits so had nothing to lose(except my money of course)This time I didn't even receive a confirmation email.I emailed them asking if there was a problem.No reply.'By contrast...'TOUCHCARD' ' confirmed my choice by email and notified me as to what was happening every step of the way. Card was DELIVERED PROMPTLY and was a great success.Verdict: MyPostcard...NOT IMPRESSED:( TOUCHCARD....BRILLIANT!!!
