My prepaid card has a balance of $400 but was declined. Customer service informed me it was blocked due to issues with the merchant's terms. They said it couldn't be unblocked and that a replacement card would take 45 days. I need a physical card as the virtual one isn't usable in stores in my location. It's unacceptable that they refuse to unblock it and then say it will take so long to replace. I spent so much time on the phone that I exceeded my mobile limit and got cut off! What am I supposed to do now?
