The website is very janky, half the time it refuses to load and when it does it's extremely slow and glitchy. Perhaps it's on my end, but other websites work just fine so I have a suspicion that this specific site is just not great performance wise.Recently I received a $25 gift card from a survey rewards site, after activation a popup came up saying something along the lines of 'you will receive your physical card soon.' I never gave any confirmation that I actually wanted to receive a physical card, yet I was down $3. Upon reloading the website to make sure it wasn't a glitch the same pop-up appeared and I was down another $3. I just submit a dispute with the form via email however I don't expect much out of doing this as the company has already demonstrated quite a bit of greed with it's 'inactivity fees' and other issues that many have mentioned here.Sure, me stressing over $6 is a bit of an overreaction however I have no doubt people have had similar experiences with much larger amounts of money. Safe to say I will not be using this service again unless major changes are made to the website and the way the services are run overall.
