These cards can only be used under specific circumstances. I was not able to use mine to pay utility bills (customer service said those are always recurring purchases, so blocked) or buy restaurant food (customer service said all restaurants always seek higher authorizations, which exceeded my available balance). AVOID THIS COMPANY.
