I got a prepaid card through this company as part of the Equifax data breach settlement, but it was declined everywhere I tried to use it. Eventually I called customer service, and after waiting on hold for 25 minutes (with a recording saying the wait time was "approximately 1 minute" over and over), I spoke to a nice representative who said my card was blocked due to a glitch in the activation process. They fixed it... but still, feels like a scam considering how much effort it takes to actually redeem this gift card. I can only assume that many of these prepaid cards will go unused because of this "glitch."
