They issued a card that's practically unusable, it got declined at around 10 different merchants I used it at. I sent them proof and screenshots of that, and the only support I received was that they can't see the transactions in their system. Their phone line is just an automatic robot so cannot get any support to resolve this either, so I'm stuck with a $120 card that I can't do anything with for weeks
