I can't access the funds on my cards. I have two virtual prepaid cards, one for $250 the other for $187. I didn't use them when i first got them but I am trying to use them now. They cards expired but the funds did not. There is no way to access these funds now even though in the cardholder agreement it says I could get a replacement card. This is not true as there is no place to request one. I've tried calling customer support but it is useless as it is all automated and provides surface level information. Now I cant get my $437 even though the funds should still be there due to this awful service.*EDIT*They've gotten in contact with me and I've been able to use the card with $187 but not the card with $250. It's been added to my profile but I can't use it. I tried activating it but it says I can't. Thankful for their assistance but still having issues with their service.
