Received a gift card as a bonus from my job. Was able to spend part of the balance, but then the card kept declining afterwards. Called customer service, they told me my card had been blocked, but that they would mail me a replacement. Waited a month and called again after not receiving anything. Another month passes, still nothing. Kept seeing online that this place is a scam. I'm honestly posting on here because I saw customer support responding to people and I'm hoping someone can help me out because I do not want to lose my remaining balance. Update 3/7: Blackhawk Network customer service reached out to me via email yesterday. I'm not sure if it was from this post as I also filled out a support ticket on BHN's website directly (they are the parent company of My Prepaid Center). Today support said they have issued a new replacement with expedited shipping. I will update again when I hopefully receive this card and can ensure that it is working. Update 3/12:Replacement card arrived today. It was sent via UPS next day air. Had the correct remaining balance. I immediately spent the entire balance on an Amazon gift card.
