If I could give zero stars, I would. My card was declined in multiple stores, causing embarrassment and inconvenience, only to later be told there are “no funds” left on it—despite the fact that I have not even used it.They provide a toll-free number for “customer service,” but it is nothing more than an endless loop of pre-recorded messages. You will never reach a human being. There is no working email to contact them. There is no real customer service whatsoever.For a company handling people’s money, this level of inaccessibility is outrageous. It is completely unacceptable to operate in this manner. In my opinion, it raises every red flag of being a scam.Consumers deserve better. This company should be investigated, and there should be a group lawsuit brought against them for their blatant disregard for customer rights and their failure to provide the most basic service—access to your own funds.Avoid this company entirely. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential loss of your money.
