This merchant is a fraud. I recieved a prepaid card, it is declined everywhere including Amazon, Target and Paypal. When I call for customer service, it gives some security code and asks for some. I have no idea where to provide that code. There is no way to reach them, and I feel the 50 dollars I received via a reward is going to be to waste. Please be aware. Also google this company you will find many other people have reported the same error. Thank you!PS: In Trustpilot 86 percent custom reviews this company with 1 star. Do you need anything further to determine that this company is a fraudulent company?Update : Hi I had not received any email from you. I checked email from noreply.notifications but nothing from that address. I also checked spam folder. Thanks. Update : August 9 no resolution from the company.
