I had a $150 prepaid virtual mastercard which I received as payment for a side gig, and it worked for one transaction of under $20 before it got mysteriously blocked. I tried calling customer service several times but there are no humans to talk to and no option to really fix this issue without it. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement, someone needs to give me my money back stat! Either reactivate my card or give me a new one for the $130.03 I’m owed. Thanks!
