I received a text message from my company to pick a guest gift card as a Christmas gift. I picked the Visa virtual card. I have not been able to use it anywhere. I called them yesterday they said I will get an email in 24 hours .I have not received. Reading all these bad reviews I'm thinking that I will not get $50 gift card. I will definitely be reporting this to my company. I could only imagine how many of the 200 plus employees they sent these to and not been able to use their card. I also checked the better business bureau and it looks like they changed their name. They are no longer listed under my prepaid center. This truly seems like a scam. I work for a pretty big company so hopefully they will get to the bottom of this and someone accountable for the scam this company is running.
