Got an $80 refund card. I put it in my apple wallet and didn't touch it, 3 days later in line for groceries I find out they suspended it. Called customer service, was told to give them a photo id, phone bill, the copy of the email. (An insane amount of personal information for an outsourced customer service employee to have when they don't have any privacy policy.) I gave the information with the sensitive information redacted. Said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. It's been over a week.---EDITED REVIEW---I appreciate the speed that my issue was resolved via Trustpilot. Thank you for that. I hope the company can transfer that speed to your regular CS line.
