(Make sure you buy gas w/ clerk not at pump)I had to call BlackHawkNetwork who owns MyPrepaidCenter.com because the support number on the card was a robot BS sh!t-show. They actually got me in touch with a real person from MyPrepaidCenter and they informed me that my card was limited to gas stations only (card only works with clerks not at pump).My employer did NOT inform me of this, nor was this info on the documents that came with the card.A BlackHawkNetwork Rep. told me to talk to a real person at MyPrepaidCenter.com call 1-877-610-1075 then select these following menu options 1 > 2 > 3 > 1 (For VISA, not sure if it works for others)I hope this can help someone who wanted to pull their hair out for 2 weeks like I did.
