i gave blood to the bloodconnection and received 2000 points which was equal to a $50 gift card. i filled out the form to get a plastic card, on the confirmation form i noticed the card was going to a different state. i wasnt able to go back and edit the state. the phone number i was told to call was not in service (833409-4797). there was an option to delete the card. after several attempts of this i deleted the card thinking i could start over, but no the bot site said my authorization number was already used up and the card was already authorized. my points at the bloodconnection are now zero. i got suckered/scammed whatever you call it. so just trying not to loose out on $50, i tried to use it virtually, turns out the virtual card was still good not deleted like i thought. so i used it. no hard feelings on my end.
