This company's cards are unusable. Customer service is a nightmare of phone tree options that never include the option to speak with a human. I am losing hope I will ever succeed, and they deny even on Amazon. I have already put more effort into this than can reasonably be expected, and they are no doubt profiting from people not being able to use their cards. I got this $100 "rebate" from buying Goodyear tires, but have not received anything usable.Edit: I eventually figured out a loophole/workaround to get my card to work. You can tell these guys are liars because they've replied that they're "actively working on [my] case" but haven't done the first thing they said they would (switch it to a MasterCard) even though it's now approaching eight times as long as they said it would take them. You can see they're liars even more clearly because they're clearly not "actively working on [my] case" when I've already managed to get the money out after spending several times its value's worth of my time trying. Inb4 they change their name to what would at this point be the fourth new company to once again disconnect themselves from the bad reviews.
