I waited so long to recieve my virtual mastercard for a settlement I claimed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to link it to my Google Pay, PayPal or Samsung Pay. I've tried creating profile to see it the would help activate the card but like others I am unable to use the card online. I keep getting declined and the error message to contact support. This is frustrating because I've never had this problem with any other virtual card service. I contacted support but nothing. This is my last resort.
