Like everyone else, I can't use my balance on any website. Declines every time. Figured I'd try with the retailers listed on their website, declined. This is beyond ridiculous. I don't know how they can stay in business when their 'service' has so many issues. Instead of responding to bad reviews to fix issues, maybe take the time and fix your service so you don't have to respond to bad reviews. Update: Customer service fixed my issue pretty quickly, so I updated my review from 1 to 4 stars specifically because customer service was so great.
