EDIT: Support was able to help me fix the problem so I increased my score from 1 to 2. The reason why I gave it a two is because customer support doesn't work on phone, you'll be waiting so long that it's honestly not worth calling them. They also don't have an email on their site so reviews on other websites are their "support". Having a FAQ with solutions to most of these problems are not existent on their FAQ page which would avoid most of the negative reviews they're seeing.SOLUTION: Use a different browser or clear cache/cookies. I used Brave and Brave incognito and it didn't work. When I used Opera, it worked. Please mark as helpful if it solved your problem. Normally I don't have issues with this company, but yesterday I tried to redeem a card I purchased and it gave me an error: "We apologize. We have identified an error on our side. Please contact customer service at 833-409-4795." I gave the number a call and hung up after waiting 1 HOUR and 30 MINS without reaching anyone. There is no way to email them either, it only has their phone number on the site.
