I have a virtual card, I’ve tried calling and there is no way to get in contact with a live person. I see the transaction credit on my list but you didn’t put the money back on the card. I’m furious, horrible company. Are you going to steal my money?6/21: update. I have advised should have been 2 credits of $25.24, total of $50.48 from Amazon. I’ve provided the transaction codes for both credits but still only $25.24 posted. I provided a screenshot showing the total and I still cannot get my money back or get in contact with a live person. You are thieves. I’m going to report this to my company to stop using you because they give these away as rewards to employees.
