I got a virtual prepaid card for a class action lawsuit. I activated the card and purchased a gift card through one of the links for a participating partner. It got declined and the virtual card showed that it was deducted. I am unable to retry and cannot get a live person on the phone or an email contact to ask for help. I also tried logging in to see the balance and my profile is not showing any virtual cards at all so here's another problem. I can't get help anywhere.
