The My Prepaid Center site has SERIOUS problems. I have had an account on the site with many cards that STILL HAD BALANCES. I go to log in to my account a month later and the account does not even exist, according to a CS agent. Customer service is a pain to get a hold of, and a card that I just redeemed through the site (before I realized my account was gone) is now gone because I didn't screenshot the card when I redeemed it. This is a serious problem if the site is closing out accounts with outstanding card balances. Edit: Company contacted me and solved my issue.
