In May of this year, I received three Visa MyPrepaidCenter cards from Delta Airlines. I was able to use two of the cards, but I can't use one of them for any type of purchase.I can't use it in person, online, regardless of the browser or operating system. I can check the balance on the MyPrepaidCenter website, but I can't make any transactions with this card. I managed to use the card a few times, but then purchases started showing errors. The error message I get when I try to make a purchase is to contact the bank that issued the card.Since the card is only valid until November of this year and I have a significant balance, what should I do? It should be noted that I don't live in the United States. I tried to contact Myprepaidcenter via telephone support but the call was blocked when I tried to call via Skype, as I live in Brazil.
