This is a repost. A couple of weeks ago, i bought 2 Virtual Mastercard Prepaid cards from an online store. The codes had been redeemed and both of the cards are in my account, with a full balance each. When i try to use them for online purchases where Debit Mastercard payments are available, the payment does not go through, it keeps getting declined. I'm looking to fix the issue but the Customer Support isn't available. If anyone from MyPrepaidCenter sees this, i'm looking for a contact email with immediate response. Not a phone number, not a "Trust Pilot DM". I WANT AN CONTACT EMAIL WITH IMMEDIATE RESPONSE! I don't want to start with legal actions, because i'm looking to solve this peacfully.
